Adopt a Friend . . . For Life!
Consider
allowing a rescued Cane Corso to "Adopt" YOU ...
They all deserve a second chance & a good home!

These are the faces of loving and loyal dogs, faithfully dedicated to being a friend, a partner, a defender, a companion … and left without their family. Yes, they look confused, sad, and unsure. Yet behind these sad faces wait wonderful dogs who want nothing more than a leader to devote their lives to. Let me try to tell you of the love and loyalty you will receive from a rescue. The gratitude for a stable home and a better life, from one who has lived on the other side, is like nothing you will ever experience from a dog that has always had it good. Open your home and heart to a rescue in need, and your generosity will be repaid a thousand times over with unmatched devotion. You will share their joy with every happy wag of a tail, every sigh of contentment, and every time those large grateful eyes look into yours and bless you for the second chance you provided.

You might just find your new best friend!

"Rosso"
Fawn Cane Corso Female, 3 years

Adopted! Kalen
She is a smaller girl, about 60-70 lbs, with a bright red fawn coat, purebred with import breeding. A fun-loving, friendly, happy-go-lucky girl, her biggest issue is just happy playful over-enthusiasm sometimes. She is friendly, outgoing, happy, and playful - a sweetheart of a girl who is very devoted to her family. She rides well in cars, is already accustomed to children of all ages, she gets along fine with other small dogs as well with no problems.
She had an injury to her ears - receiving several gashes and tears when another rescue challenged her and tried to start a fight. While they were not serious injuries, there were tears and damage to the blood vessels around the base of her ears. Despite two surgeries done ($1,800 in vet bills) to try to repair her ears, the right ear did not heal properly (due to damaged blood flow). The ear flap has healed completely at this point, but in a twisted manner, and best option now is to have it cropped (and the other ear to match) when she is spayed. ADOPTED!

"Stefani"
Blue Brindle Cane Corso Female

Adopted! Kristi & Mike
Blue Brindle female purebred Cane Corso, about 3-4 years old, cropped and docked. Lost her previous home due to a move out of the country. Stefani is sweet and friendly, loving, ok with other dogs initially, but I don't trust her alone/unsupervised with them, would probably recommend only dog home for her. She has no problems meeting kids, has not spent extensive time with them though. Rides well in cars, not destructive, well mannered, healthy, vaccinated, has been placed in a great home! Stefani has been adopted!

"Jeff & Alice"
Cane Corso Import, Male, Neutered
Cane Corso Import, Female, Spayed

Alice & Jeff have been Adopted!
Alice is an alpha, high energy, loving dog. She is about 2 y.o, 130 p. She is current on vaccines, worming and heart guard. She has a good appetite, and currently only eats dry kibble. She was imported from Delta Blues Kennels, in Bari, Italy, with her brother Jeff as puppies and were left in a yard for the first year of their lifes. When we rescued them they were both wild, and untouchable. She is now a total love bug and cant get enough belly rubs. She knows sit, lay down and how to walk on a leash. She is also crate trained. She has never been in house. The problem is that she is dog extremely aggressive and not good with kids or cats. She REQUIRES a single pet home(unless with her brother) and a fenced yard. Alice is a beautiful, sweet, eager to please rustico Cane Corso. She is waiting to be your best friend. Please consider saving Alice as we can no longer keep her due to a housing transition.
Jeff is a gorgeous, sweet boy. He is about 130 p. 2 y.o. He is in good health, current on everything, and has a great appetite. (only eats dry kibble.) He, like his sister was imported from Delta Blues Kennels, in Bari, Itlay as a puppy. He was unsocialized, and therefore is dog aggressive, and not good with cats or children. Jeff is shy, and very slow to warm up to people, but once is does he is your best buddy. He is crate trained, knows sit and lay down, but has never been in a house and is not good on a leash. He is not alpha, and is easily scared by loud noises. Jeff is magnificent and wants to make you happy. Please consider saving Jeff as we can longer keep him due to moving. He will REQUIRE a single pet home(unless with his sister) and a fenced yard. With a little time and patience he will be the best dog you ever had, way worth the wait.
Alice and Jeff are spayed and neutered, and both have been happily placed in new homes.

"Benson"
Cane Corso Male, 2 Years, 90 lbs, Black

Benson has been Adopted!
"Benson" is a rescue from a shelter in New Jersey where he turned up as a stray. He is an incredibly loving and devoted dog who obviously pines for his family, Astonishingly easy to handle on lead, but visibly depressed in his kennel, this 2 year-old Cane Corso with lovely, expressive, un-cropped ears obviously yearned for his family and hopes every visitor is there to reunite them. He does noticeably brighten when his familiar kennel man appears on the scene! This sweet boy welcomed his newfound friend with wagging tail and a smile appeared on his beautiful face. If you are experienced with this devoted, dominant breed, and promise to offer Benson the forever family he misses and deserves, maybe YOUR love and personal touch can put the smile back on his face!! Banson has been adopted.

"Emmy Lou"
Cane Corso Female, 5 Years, Brindle

Emmy Lou has been Adopted!
"Emmy Lou" is a 5 year old Cane Corso female. She has a gorgeous black brindle coat, and weighs about 80 lbs. Emmy Lou loves kids, is a great family dog, and is spayed and current on vaccinations. She will be vet checked and heartworm tested before going home. Emmy Lou is looking for a new family in a home with no cats or chickens (they are just too tempting for her), and has lots of love to share!

"Silly"
Cane Corso Female, 1.5 Years, Brindle

Silly has been Adopted!
"Silly" is a sweet 1.5 yr old Cane Corso female who's previous family didn't have time for her. She is a healthy, alert girl, current on vaccinations and healthcare, will be spayed before going home, and currently weighs about 65 lbs. She is now on a high-protein diet and we expect she will gain about 10-15 lbs to be at her ideal weight. She does fine with children and small dogs. She can be defensive over her food with other large dogs (should be fed alone), but has never shown a sign of food agression with people. Anyone can feed her, pet her while eating, or even take food from her bowl or take a beef bone from her while she is eating it. She rides well in the car, loves to be a house-dog, is leash trained and crate trained, and she is extremely sweet and well mannered. Temperament is very sweet, loving, affectionate, friendly. She adores attention and wants nothing more than to please you. Very smart, intelligent, and well mannered. She is a little shy with new people, but not skittish. We can take her out in completely new situations (to a pet-store etc) and she will easily follow us around, and will allow strangers to approach and pet her with no problems. She is a bit too shy to approach them on her own to ask for attention, but at the same time she is not afraid and skittish enough that she will try to avoid them or escape. Silly can be somewhat initially shy with new folks she does not know, but she is very affectionate, loving, and eager to please. She will bond quickly with a new family and settle right in. She is a wonderful young Cane Corso who deserves an equally wonderful home. Silly has been adopted.

"Guinness"
Cane Corso Female, 4 Years, 90 lbs, Brindle

Guinness has been Adopted!
"Guinness" is a loving 4 yr old female who is with us due to a divorce, and in search of her forever home. She is healthy, current on vaccinations and healthcare, and is spayed. Good with children and small dogs, she rides well in the car, is leash trained, well mannered, and although initially shy with folks she does not know she will bond quickly and settle right in. She is a wonderful Corso who deserves an equally wonderful home.

"Fang"
Mastiff Male, 3 Years Old, Blue Brindle

Fang has been Adopted!
"Fang" is a striking Mastiff male, just three years old. He has a gorgeous blue brindle coat with a white spot on his chest, a little white on his toes, natural ears and a docked tail, weighing 115 lbs. Fang's head type and temperament make him a certain Neapolitan Mastiff, but his tighter skin, and body allow for possible influence of another breed, perhaps a Cane Corso Italian Mastiff in the mix too.
Fang has been shuffled thru a number of homes that did not understand a mastiff's needs, and has been in protective custody due to poor care/abuse twice already in his short life before coming into our rescue. Sadly, no-one has ever taken the time to even train him to walk on a leash. He arrived a tad underweight and covered with an old dead dull hair coat in horrible condition. Fang is a gorgeous dog, very well built, nice conformation and a beautiful head without a lot of loose skin or droopy eyes - he is a very striking fellow. At just three years old he is past his puppy stage, settled down and ready to focus and learn some doggie manners and obedience, and has his whole life ahead of him. He is a very happy, energetic guy, and will bond quickly to a new family.

"Olivia"
Mastiff Female, 1 Year Old, Black

Olivia has been Adopted!
"Olivia" is a gorgeous Mastiff female, just one year old. She has a stunning jet black coat with a white spot on her chest, a little white on her toes, and natural ears and tail. Olivia's head type and temperament make us think Cane Corso, but her body is tall and leggy - perhaps a Neapolitan Mastiff in there somewhere. Olivia has been thru three homes already in under a year before coming into our rescue as no-one was willing to put the time and training into teaching her basic manners.

"Ebony"
Cane Corso Female, 6 Months, Black
Ebony has been Adopted!
"Ebony" is a sweet 6 month girl who made her way to us in search of her forever home. Young, healthy, current on shots, spayed and chipped, she is a wonderful Corso who deserves an equally wonderful home.
